Dr. Delenny Dubose is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Founder of Work-In Therapy. He provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. With more than seven years of clinical experience, Dr. Dubose has served in emergency psychiatry, community mental health, and higher education. He previously held a faculty appointment as an Adjunct Professor in the Social Work program at Tennessee State University, where he also earned his Master of Social Work degree. Dr. Dubose earned his Doctor of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.

I am committed to lifelong learning, the use of evidence-based interventions, and effective care coordination to promote meaningful growth and healing.
